We do not collect or store full mailing addresses or sensitive personal data.

1.2 Fantasy Platform Tokens

• ESPN S2 and SWID tokens for authorized league access
• Compliance with Yahoo Fantasy access rules

We do not collect ESPN or Yahoo login credentials.

1.3 Device and Usage Data

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type and operating system
• App and website usage patterns

1.4 Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage and personalize content. We currently use Google Analytics for traffic insights.

2. How Fantasy Hub Uses Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Personalize your experience and league insights
• Analyze fantasy league trends and performance
• Send email and SMS communications only where users have explicitly opted in, with clear opt-out mechanisms
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• Track referrals and rewards (e.g., through Rewardful or FirstPromoter)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers like Supabase (authentication/database), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and affiliate platforms for referral tracking
• Email and newsletter providers (for league communications and opt-in marketing)
• Law enforcement or authorities, if required by law

In the future, we may include sponsored content or local advertisements in league newsletters. These will be relevant and non-intrusive. Personal information will not be shared with advertisers.

4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users can delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion:

• Personal and league-related data will be removed from the active platform
• A secure, archived copy may be retained for up to 3 years to allow reactivation and for legal purposes

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion

7. SMS Communications and Consent

7.1 Collection of Phone Numbers

We may collect your phone number when you choose to receive SMS communications or when a user sends an invitation.

7.2 Use of Phone Numbers

We use phone numbers to send:

• Account-related messages (verification, login codes)
• Service notifications
• One-time invitation messages sent by users
• Messages will clearly identify Fantasy Hub as the sender

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Fantasy Hub as described in this policy.

Message frequency varies. Invitation messages are typically one-time.

8. SMS Invitations Sent by Users

8.1 User-Initiated Messages

Users may send invitations by entering a recipient’s phone number. Recipients may not have an existing relationship with Fantasy Hub and will only receive a single invitation message unless they choose to engage.

8.2 Sender Responsibility

The user represents they have permission to contact the recipient.

8.3 One-Time Messages

Invitation messages are sent only once per recipient. Fantasy Hub does not send repeated or automated follow-up messages to recipients who have not opted in.

8.4 No Marketing Without Consent

Recipients will not receive additional SMS messages unless they sign up and opt in.

8.5 Opt-Out Rights

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of any future messages.

8.6 Limited Use of Data

Phone numbers entered for invitations are used only to send the invite and are not used for marketing unless the recipient registers and consents. Phone numbers collected for invitations will not be sold, shared, or used for third-party marketing.

9. Children’s Privacy

Fantasy Hub is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

10. International Users

Our services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our platform from outside the U.S., be aware that your information may be transferred to and stored in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notices. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
