Welcome to Fantasy Hub! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fantasy Hub. By using our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account by providing accurate information including your name, email, and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the platform
• Disrupt or interfere with the performance or security of our Services

4. User-Generated Content

Fantasy Hub may allow users to submit content such as chat messages, comments, and team names. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within our Services. We may remove content that violates our rules or is inappropriate.

5. Fantasy Platform Integration

We integrate with ESPN and Yahoo Fantasy to enhance your league experience. To do this, you may provide us with tokens such as your S2 and SWID. We do not store your ESPN or Yahoo login credentials. We comply with all applicable platform terms and conditions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. We use Stripe to securely process transactions. Prices and payment details are shown clearly at the time of purchase.

6.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during this trial. Charges begin only if you continue after the trial.

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@fantasyhudl.com.

7. Referral Program

We may use services like Rewardful or FirstPromoter to manage referrals and track affiliate signups. Users participating in the referral program must follow the rules of those platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Fantasy Hub are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. Deleted accounts will have their data retained for up to 3 years to allow for recovery if you return, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Disclaimers

Fantasy Hub is not affiliated with ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, or any official fantasy sports entities. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
